Got these and the nitro coffee keg for my wife that is working remotely and doesn't have access any other way to get it. She was very surprised and happy to get itI use these as well as another brand for go kart and minibike racing engines. I built my own nitrous oxide setup and these work great for it. Spendy? Yes! But fun isn’t cheap. With the jet I made for spraying, it gives the built predator 212 engine a big bump in power!Bought the 5 pack of cartridges here and one of them was faulty. Didn’t notice any cracks etc but thought it was odd it didn’t make the woosh sound when I installed it. Sure enough, the cartridge didn’t have any nitro in it. Not a great value for your money if some cartridges don’t work.Doing the math it’s a bit more expensive than using a 1 pint whipped cream dispenser but not by much, but both are miles cheaper than buying nitro coffee retail. I’ve gone through about 50 of these cartridges and no problems so far. I can’t find this large 16g size cartridge anywhere else for a better deal yet, but GrolwerWork’s website talks about a converter you can get to accommodate the 8g size for foreign use, for free, but it would take multiple charges (I use 8g per pint in whipped cream dispenser so I would think 2 - 8g chargers per keg (about 66oz when filled to brim). Plus untwisting and recharging with multiple n2os in the growler would let out any undiluted n2o, which takes a few days to substantially dilute fyi and the n2o lets out more air as the growler gets less full unless you turn it off, so it thus at least some waste of money.Yes, you read that right.I was dumb and bought a condensate blaster assuming the description was correct. It wasn't. Instead of taking standard CO2 carts, it required the same parameters as these N2O carts. Completely proprietary.Mind you, using N2O for clearing condensate lines is somewhat dangerous as it is an oxidizer. I used it at my own house, not on a job.If you're looking for coffee, beer, or whipped cream uses, can't speak to those. Probably fine for that though. doesn't seem to contain any contaminants. Somewhat pricey for that though. Look for whipped cream chargers instead.Really good deal. If you check around on Amazon there are a ton of different options for nitro but most of them are 8 gram or smaller carts. There are many that are a measly 2 grams per cart which will barely work for what you want these for. What you want is 16 grams to make sure your 64 ounces of coffee is fully nitro infused and creamy. The chargers in this listing are 16 grams per cart and work wonderfully in the uKeg Nitro for cold brew coffee. I did not get any weird tastes or anything like that. Just great nitro coffee.Although a little pricey I do like my Nitro brewed coffee. Having the freshest ingredients make for the best brew. Four Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!These work as intended in my GrowlerWerks UKegs. I have used them to cold brew coffee as well for beers on nitro. There are probably cheaper options out there, just make sure they are food grade if not using the GrowlerWerks brand.
