BE AWARE: The size of these plates is actually 5.5”. That might not be crucial most of the time, but I looked for a long time to find exactly 5” plates, so I was disappointed. Otherwise, they are fine.I really love the shape and size.I love these. I wasn't looking for "fine china" and these fit the bill. Heavy, and heavy duty! Great value!These plates are very small. I bought them not knowing how small they'd be. They turned out to be great for the kids putting things in the microwave or needing a place for their dip for chips while watching a movie or something. Otherwise, they're really designed for putting a coffee cup or tea cup on.The plates are very nice and heavy. Perfect for my liking. I ordered 12 plates However, one plate is broken. I reached out to the seller asking for a replacement plate but haven't heard anything yet. I don't want to have to bother sending all 12 plates back just to get one replaced. Hopefully, the seller will replace the plate. I will provide an update in a few days. If the seller replaces the plate, I will gladly change my review to five stars.
